Happy Tuesday!
Phew! What a busy day .... and it's not over yet. I've another Christmas tree to decorate, if I can conjure up the enthusiasm to make a start.
I've been in the craft room all day, busy with this and that. One little project was a card for this weeks challenge over at Less is More
It's Week 149 and it's a Colour Challenge .......
we would like to see some
Metallic Element plus One Other Colour
of your choice
Here's what I came up with ......... a touch of metallic and a hint of red, positively festive!
The bauble has been cut using a Spellbinders Heirloom Ornament 2011 die and then it's had the IndigoBlu Flitter Glu and Mega Flake treatment.
I've stamped using the gorgeous IndigoBlu Bauble Flourish and then gilded with Chariot of Fire Mega Flakes. The words are from the new Tim Holtz Deco Christmas stamp set (CMS176) ..... it's finally had it's first outing!!
I also did a black version, not sure which I like the most ........
This time I used the Autumn Blaze Mega flake - very pretty.
Tomorrow's jobs are ...... my Tim Tag for December - can't wait, love this month's design, my weekly blog post for IndigoBlu, and I must start prepping for a workshop that I'm taking next week (eeek!).
Now ..... do I decorate the tree in the hall or shall I have a nice glass of red instead ...... hmmm ...... that's a tough one.
Thanks for popping by. See you all again tomorrow.
Cheerio for now
Linda

Love it - what a gorgeous Bauble I like the red one best although the black one is fab too xx
I hope you relaxed with a glass of red....... love both baubles, the flourish stamp looks great on them. The heirloom die set is my all time Spellbinders favourite, it always looks so elegant. Hugs, Anne x
