My Quickest card .... ever! for Less is More

Happy Wednesday evening folks!

Twice in one day .... whatever next!  Technically though, this is my first post of the day .... the earlier one was scheduled last night.  I'm trying to get organised before it starts to get really crazy around here ..... there's a little over a week to go before the start of the this year's TT.  There's the big summer party coming up (hubby's works), then the holidays start.  And .... before all that we have invitations for the Commonwealth Games Gala Dinner on Friday night ..... time to dig out an evening dress and dust off hubby's tux. 

I'm still keeping up with my favourite weekly Blog Challenges ..... Merry Monday with the Christmas cards and of course Less is More

This week the LIM challenge is the dreaded  OLC (One Layer Challenge)

This must be one of the quickest One Layer Cards that I have ever made ...... in fact, it took me longer to take the pictures of the darn thing than it did to create it! (the lighting wasn't good at all - sorry!)

It couldn't be more 'Less is More' if I tried!

The cute little hedgie is from a Penny Black Clear set of stamps ....... stamped in black Versafine and a touch of colour added using markers and Distress inks.

The words are from an SU stamp set - Gifts of Kindness, and I added the kiss underneath with a fine liner pen.

I felt it need a little something else so I added the embossed lines to the bottom of the card.  Job done!!

I'll be blogging again for IndigoBlu tomorrow .... busy week over there, for me this week! I'll have a step by step project for you, for Technqiue Day ..... if I get it finished that is!
