Nearly half way through the month already ....... doesn't time fly when you're having fun!
It's been a busy old week since I last blogged ..... birthday's to celebrate, the odd BBQ when the weather was nice, and a lovely family get together for hubby's birthday on Sunday .... and I didn't have to cook!!
I didn't cook last night either ...... hubby took me out for tea. Nothing fancy, just a trip down to the quay where we found another nice place to eat ..... The Bridge. I know I've probably said this before but it's amazing how many nice places there are to eat on the island ...... we're spoiled for choice.
It's not all been fun and frolics though ...... I have had work to do!
I've spent most of this week in the old craft room
A little bit festive perhaps .....
Isn't it time to start making those Christmas projects .......
Don't worry ..... there's also some really pretty everyday designs too .....
Samples are all finished and have been sent off ready for Lucy's next TV show ..... Sweet Poppy are back on Create and Craft on Tuesday 19th July at 2pm. I'll be watching .... will you?
I also found time to play along with this weeks Less Is More challenge where the theme, funnily enough, is all about ........
TIME
It's also that favourite of mine .......... One Layer Week ...... so I had to join in.
I then smooshed a touch of colour onto the background, using Twisted Citron Distress ink and a piece of acetate ......
Oh well .... no rest for the wicked. Time to tidy up the chaos that is my craft room and then make a start on the next thing on the To Do list ........ sort out a workshop for next weekend! Hmmm .... what shall we do?
Thanks for popping by .... enjoy the rest of your day
Cheerio until next time

The new stencils do look tempting, love the last one with the flowers all in a row!

I love Sweet Poppy stencils so will try not to forget to watch! Your sneak peeks look wonderful. I love your bear card too, I really should get that sentiment too, it is so perfect for my friends (and me - lol). Hugs, Anne xx
Oh Linda, this did make me laugh! Happy hour would definitely be a nap for me too :D Fab card, and I love the sepia/citrus tones which look classy but vibrant. Great LIM card!
