Shake those tail feathers ......

Hello ....... me again .....

I do like Fridays!

Well ...... I don't know about shaking my tail feathers (that was last night!) but I have been busy.  The old craft room is tidy .... ish!  Tomorrows workshop is all prepped and ready.  The house is clean. Supermarket shop done. Washing and ironing done. Dinner for tonight sorted ..... and all done before lunch, even after a late night last night!  Its amazing what strong coffee and a bacon sandwich can do!

I've even found time to play along with this weeks Less is More challenge ... whoo hoo!!
As it's the beginning of the month it's a Colour challenge, and the colours required are ..... those found in a peacocks feather ..... blues, greens, purples etc.

Well .... it just so happens that this little guy was on my desk ....... I think he fits the bill

When the Crazy Dogs arrived in the old craft room I just had to stamp them all ....... onto everything and anything.  As you can see this little guy ended up on a scrap of card from the bit box, left over from a Brushos project .... perfect!

He was fussy cut and layered ....... don't worry, he didn't feel a thing!

The sentiment is from a Sam Poole Designs set of stamps called Steampunk Dreams and I think it says it all!

And he just had to make an appearance on the inside too ..... love him!!

Well that's it from me today ........ thanks for popping by again.
I'm having a quiet night tonight, curled up on the sofa with a good book.   Hubby's got some work thing to go to later on .... someone's leaving party.  Two nights out with alcohol involved .... not a good idea for me ....... especially as I have a workshop tomorrow!
Speaking of which ... we're going to be playing with mica powders.  Here's a little sneaky peek at some of my inspiration pieces .....

So easy to create pretty designs ..... elegant cards for any occasion

Have fun mixing beautiful pearlescent paints to colour your stamped images .....

Or create lovely pieces of card to use with dies or punches ......

It's going to be fun.

Cheerio until next time .....

Ooooh, Linda, I love this. He looks fab stamped onto Brushos (and I laughed when you said he didn't feel anything!) and the sentiment is great. Love your inspiration pieces too - hope you have a fab workshop! Thanks for sharing with us at Less is More :)

Wonderful card Linda I love those dogs, they are on my wish list. Just love their cheeky faces and nothing better than a peacock coloured dog. Or maybe I should say he looks like a 'bluie' cattle dog. Love the look of whats coming up in your classes and I hope you share here for all to see.
